Shipping & Returns



How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping on purchases over $75 dollars.  All orders ship for a negotiated flat rate depending on weight.  We leverage Shopify’s supplier negotiated rates.  Dr Dobias, our affiliate partner offers free shipping!


How long does it take to get my order?

US product orders placed by 4PM (PT) will usually ship the same day, and most customers receive their orders in 3-5 days. Orders that come from Canada take a bit longer around 7-10 days.  And orders coming from suppliers overseas can take 3-4 weeks. 


How do I track my order?

We'll send you emails to update you on the progress of your order.  You can also send us and email at support@cavlove.com and we'll be happy to provide tracking information.


Who will be delivering my order?

We ship via FedEx and other premium carriers to provide you with the fastest and most reliable service available.


Do I need to be there to sign for it?

Nope! If you're not home, the driver will leave your package at the door or with your doorman, unless you designate for signature.


Do you ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses?

No – at this time we are unable to ship to P.O boxes, APO/FPO addresses.  We can ship internationally within certain countries, however shipping costs may be cost prohibitive.  We do our best to keep shipping costs affordable.


What happens if my package gets lost?

All items purchased from CavLove.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.





What's your Return Policy?

Our policy is simple: If you're not 100% unconditionally satisfied with your purchase, you may return it.


We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened supplements. However, if the supplement you received is incorrect or damaged we will gladly exchange it for you or provide a refund on a case-by-case basis.


CavLove.com does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, CavLove.com does not take title to the refunded item and you may donate or throw it away.


What do I do if I need to return something?

Email our support team at support@cavlove.com, and we'll provide you with instructions for returning your items. Easy as that!


What if I haven’t received my refund yet?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.  Then contact your credit card company, it may take 5-7days before your refund is officially posted. 


Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Do I need to pay for return shipping?

Yes, we do not pay for return shipping unless it was our mistake.
